Born in Hagerstown, oldest child of Theresa & Lee Wallis (both deceased). Three brothers & one sister. June 1964 married Elizabeth Joan (Miller). We have four married adult children: Julie Marie & Kimberly Ann attorneys (Raleigh, NC); Thomas Lee Jr. & David system analysts (Chesapeake, VA & Greensboro, NC.respectively) We have three grandchildren (Tommy 8 years; Brandon 4 years; Laura Ann 20 months).

BSEE from University of Maryland. Retired from the Department of the Navy after 36 years. Received the Meritorious Civilian Service Award for sustained exemplary performance and outstanding achievement as Director of Computer & Displays Processing Systems. His efforts resulted in providing reliable Embedded Computer Resources for our Navy’s mission-critical combat/weapons systems, other US services and nine foreign military organizations.

Lee volunteers at United Community Ministries and is active with the Knights of Columbus - currently a 4^th degree officer and co-editor of the Council monthly newsletter.
